Our Staff		Our number one asset. We ensure all our staff are multi-skilled and trained in as many different facets of the operation as possible. This ensures minimal operational downtime or delays in any aspect of our business and helps us to achieve our customer focused goals.
Opening Hours		ICL will look at the most efficient way to run any contract and will structure opening hours and operational staff to achieve this.

Equipment		Having the required modern equipment to complete the tasks in the shortest possible timeframe. All our equipment is fully maintained and serviced on site.
Staff		Having the required staff to complete the tasks in the shortest possible timeframe. We pride ourselves on the multi skilled long term employee base within our organization.

Accuracy

We have the latest in Transport Logistics, Container Inventory Control and Accounts software that can be tailored to the needs of our clients. Our accounts are processed daily and by having a systemized double check process, we are able to minimize any recording errors and thus remove any re-work or double handling.

ICL has a focus on providing friendly customer service. All our staff will do what is required to assist our clients or suppliers with any challenges or issues that they have in as an efficient and friendly manner as possible.
